These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and qqqeee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the qqqeee website located at qqqeee.net, including all games, betting markets , services, promotions, and features offered thereon.

By accessing qqqeee.net, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if applicable, close your account.

qqqeee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of qqqeee following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and qqqeee with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. All remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

To be eligible to open and maintain an account with qqqeee, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are acting as an individual and not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You are accessing qqqeee from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from qqqeee or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of qqqeee, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not been declared legally incompetent by any court of competent jurisdiction.

2.1 Age Verification

qqqeee may request documentary evidence of your age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identification card, passport, or driving licence. Accounts where age verification has been requested will have withdrawals suspended until the required documentation is provided and approved. If a player is found to be under 18 years of age, their account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned (net of any withdrawals already made), and any winnings will be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

qqqeee is operated primarily for players in Bangladesh. Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law are not eligible to register or play. It is the sole responsibility of the player to determine whether accessing qqqeee is lawful in their jurisdiction before doing so. qqqeee accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a player accessing the platform in contravention of local laws.

To access the full range of qqqeee's services, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method details.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, and not misleading. qqqeee reserves the right to verify any information you provide. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account with qqqeee. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one account — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — constitutes a violation of these Terms. qqqeee employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, and any bonus funds or winnings derived from duplicate account activity will be voided and forfeited.

3.3 Account Credentials & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out on qqqeee using your account credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you become aware or suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify qqqeee support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

qqqeee operates a Know Your Customer process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any point — particularly prior to processing a withdrawal, following a significant change in account activity, or when requested by our compliance team. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.

qqqeee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via a range of locally trusted payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All monetary amounts displayed on the platform are denominated in BDT unless otherwise stated.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100.
• Deposits are credited to your qqqeee account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• qqqeee does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds are intended solely for use in games and betting markets on qqqeee. Depositing funds without any intention to place wagers may be treated as suspicious activity.
• qqqeee reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that triggers our fraud detection systems or appears inconsistent with a player's normal activity pattern.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification status.
• Standard processing time for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is 1–4 hours after approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• qqqeee reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks before approving withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

qqqeee is committed to preventing the use of the platform for money laundering or the financing of any unlawful activity. All transactions on the platform are monitored. Where suspicious activity is detected, qqqeee reserves the right to freeze the relevant account, withhold funds pending investigation, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities. Players are strictly prohibited from depositing funds obtained through unlawful means.

qqqeee offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for a given bonus will be stated clearly in the offer terms at the time the promotion is launched. A bonus that has not yet met its wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn, and attempting to withdraw before meeting the requirement will result in the bonus and any winnings attributed to it being forfeited.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• qqqeee reserves the right to determine whether a player is eligible for a specific promotion at its sole discretion.
• Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits at the time a promotion is active may not be eligible to receive that promotion.
• Free bet credits may only be used on specified game types or markets as described in the offer terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

qqqeee operates sophisticated systems to detect patterns of play that constitute bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus, placing low-risk or zero-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, and using systematic betting strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent. Where bonus abuse is identified, qqqeee may void all associated bonuses and winnings, suspend the account, and permanently ban the player from future promotions.

As a condition of your continued use of qqqeee, you agree to abide by the following obligations and to refrain from all prohibited conduct described in this section.

6.1 General Obligations

• You will use qqqeee solely for personal, recreational gambling and not for any commercial purpose.
• You will keep your account credentials confidential and not share access with any other person.
• You will promptly notify qqqeee of any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach you become aware of.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction when using qqqeee.
• You will provide accurate and current information whenever requested by qqqeee's compliance team.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on qqqeee and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live card games such as Teen Patti or Andar Bahar.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events on which qqqeee offers betting markets.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the platform's software, servers, or security infrastructure.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds obtained through criminal activity, including fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without that person's explicit written consent.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing qqqeee staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology to disguise your true geographic location or circumvent geographic restrictions.

qqqeee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulation.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting qqqeee support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, qqqeee will process any eligible pending withdrawal to the player's registered payment method and close the account. If a bonus wagering requirement is outstanding at the time of the closure request, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited; only the real-money balance (net of bonus amounts) will be returned.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place any bets. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen period. 7.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. qqqeee reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳50 to inactive accounts once this threshold has been reached, deducted from the account's remaining real-money balance. Players will be notified by email before inactivity fees commence. If an inactive account's balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. Players may reactivate their account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

7.4 Termination by qqqeee

Where qqqeee terminates an account due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of voided bonuses and fraudulently obtained winnings will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of all outstanding KYC and anti-money laundering checks. qqqeee is not liable for any losses resulting from account termination where termination is due to the player's own breach of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qqqeee's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

qqqeee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if qqqeee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.2 Service Availability

qqqeee makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. qqqeee accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed or settled due to platform unavailability, provided that any funds already deposited remain safe and accessible once service is restored.

8.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
